Development of Urban Occupation Guidelines for the expansion area of Aracaju called Mosqueiro, including the definition of the growth structure; the proposition of a mobility system, involving the definition of the basic road system as well as the provision of a future public transport network and integration between the various possible modalities; the protection of the environment and traditional communities; the proposition of measures to protect the natural, landscape, historical, artistic, cultural heritage and other elements that characterize the region; the valorization of the coastline and the surroundings of the estuary of the Vaza Barris and Santa Maria rivers; and the harmonization of the urban occupation design with the main macro-drainage guidelines.
