Co-founder and director of OUA - Oficina Urbana de Arquitetura, Luiz Singeski dedicates his efforts to creating people-centered projects, with the aim of driving and renewing sustainable urban vitality in harmony with the environment, using architectural design and urban planning as tools to enhance both formal and informal urban areas. With over 10 years of professional experience, Luiz has extensive experience in managing projects of various scales and levels of complexity, coordinating large multidisciplinary teams, as well as communicating and engaging with stakeholders, always seeking to achieve social, economic, and environmental positive impact, having been awarded in various national and international architecture competitions. 

Luiz founded the office in 2016, after being part of the JLAA - Jaime Lerner Arquitetos Associados for a period of 6 years, where he had the opportunity to collaborate directly with urbanist Jaime Lerner and his team, gaining extensive experience in developing urban masterplans, housing programs, urban and regional planning, urban mobility plans, and public space projects at various scales. He holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism and a master's in Civil Construction Engineering, both from the Federal University of Paraná - UFPR, has a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from UTFPR, and was a professor at the Postgraduate Course in Architectural Design at the School of Architecture and Design of PUC-PR and in the Undergraduate Architecture and Urbanism program at Uniandrade, in Curitiba, and at UGV, in União da Vitória, having given lectures at various higher education institutions. In parallel, he is involved in cultural and audiovisual production, seeking to strengthen regional architectural culture and discourse, having received the IAB-PR - 100 Years Special Award in the Architectural Culture category.
